AI/solana-mcp: getTransaction tool fails for version 1 transactions
AI/solana-mcp/index.ts (line 217): the getTransaction tool asks for maxSupportedTransactionVersion: 0. For a version 1 signature the RPC returns error -32015, and the tool answers the agent with an error (under the label "Error while getting balance", line 276, which looks like a copy-paste slip) instead of the transaction.
Version 1 transactions are a large share of mainnet now (127 of 288 non-vote transactions, about 44%, in a block I sampled today), so this depends only on which wallet or SDK built the transaction.
AI/solana-mcp/index.ts:217
getTransaction(<v1 signature>, { maxSupportedTransactionVersion: 0 }) -> error -32015 "Transaction version (1) is not supported by the requesting client"
getTransaction(<v1 signature>, { maxSupportedTransactionVersion: 1 }) -> the transaction (version 1, meta present)Fix: maxSupportedTransactionVersion: 1 (the json shape is the same). On @solana/kit ^2.x the TypeScript type only allows 0; current kit (8.x) allows 1, so it needs the bump too. Since people copy this example into their own MCP servers, it may be worth fixing here first.
